The key thing I want to convey is that my background is as an academic, not as a therapist, spiritual coach, or guru. So the way I engage these conversations is shaped by that orientation – it’s an intellectual approach that focuses heavily on concepts, frameworks and models.
I recognize this isn’t everyone’s preferred style when it comes to spirituality. It appeals to a certain subset of people who resonate with a more analytical, sense-making lens. But it’s what I have to offer based on my particular configuration and conditioning. My work won’t land for everyone, and that’s totally okay.
